By default, emails from your white-label site are sent using Pixul AI's email domain. However, you have the option to set up a custom email domain for a more professional and branded experience. With a custom email, interactions with your customers can come from an address like `support@yourdomain.com` instead of a generic Pixul AI email.

How it works

Step 1: Share SMTP Credentials
Provide the following SMTP details securely to Pixul AI via email or support ticket:

SMTP Host, Port, Username, Password, and Authentication Method (e.g., Plain or OAuth2).

Step 2: We Set It Up

Pixul AI will configure your custom email domain using the provided credentials, ensuring everything is ready for seamless communication.
